Have we all recovered from Beyonce's badass moves and the blackout from last night's super bowl? Good - because while you all had me in stitches with your lights out jokes, I was stuffing my face with some deliciousness that I baked up.
For this weeks Now Bake This! link up, I thought I'd stick with something super duper simple and with only three ingredients, you honestly can't get any easier!
I was inspired by this recipe for pretzel bites but since there's no way my lazy ass is making pretzel dough from scratch, I cheated and picked up a roll of pre-made pizza dough from the grocery store instead. I'm sure this recipe would be just as good with crescent roll dough though - or whatever you can get your hands on!
All I did was roll out my dough in a square, making sure it was the same thickness all around, and layered on a single layer of deli ham slices and swiss cheese slices on top. After that, I rolled the dough up into two logs, slicing each log into bite sized pieces. Once I arranged the bites onto a cookie sheet, I baked them in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes (my oven runs hot, yours may take longer) and that's it! My appetizers were done!
Did you bake anything for Super Bowl Sunday? Link up with me and Maria!

Those sound good! I have recipes for making my own pizza dough but I just don't have time for that. Store bought it is!

This looks so yummy!! I LOVE ham and swiss!
I wish I could take a bite right through my screen, although I'm sure it's dangerous and impossible.
