Now Bake This - Week 5!

This weekend FLEW by. I know I say that every Monday but I was sick as a dog Friday, cleaned (as much as I could while recovering) all day Saturday and then had a fun photo session on Sunday with a friend.

Well, after all that, I wasn't really in the mood to bake last night so I just whipped up an old favorite of Kevin's that he's been asking for. Lemon bars!!

They're so easy and so delicious, you really can't go wrong. Normally, I do sprinkle a little confectioners sugar on top after they cool but I didn't have any around the house. Otherwise, they turned out just as amazing as they always do! Find the recipe here.
